When you fill in our contact form we collect:

• your name
• your email address
• your phone number (if you choose to give it)
• the service you're interested in and your message

If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we keep the details you share with us so we can help with your enquiry. We do not collect any special category data (such as health information) and we ask that you don't include it in your message.

• to arrange, carry out and follow up on work you ask us to do
• to keep records we're required to keep by law (for example, tax and safety certificates)
• to protect our website and inbox from spam and misuse

We will never sell your information, and we won't send you marketing emails unless you've separately asked us to.

• Taking steps before a contract – when you ask for a quote or for us to carry out work.
• Consent – which you give by ticking the box on our contact form. You can withdraw this at any time by emailing us.
• Legal obligation – where the law requires us to keep records.
• Legitimate interests – keeping our website secure and filtering spam.

We only share your information with trusted providers who help us run this website:

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. If we carry out work for you, we keep your details for up to 6 years after the job is finished, to meet tax, warranty and safety certificate requirements.
